Rex Eholor, is a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant with a distinguished career spanning the education, oil & gas, and marine industries. He brings deep expertise in financial analysis, risk management, internal control, audit assurance, and regulatory compliance, and has consistently led audit teams to strengthen internal controls and ensure financial integrity.

Rex’s career demonstrates adaptability and proficiency in managing high-stakes audit operations. His work in the oil & gas and marine sectors has given him a clear understanding of industry-specific risks and the critical need for compliance with stringent financial and environmental regulations. In the education sector he has applied his financial acumen to improve accountability, strengthen governance frameworks, and increase institutional transparency.

Known as a strategic leader, Rex is recognised for his meticulous attention to detail, his ability to assess and mitigate financial risk, and his commitment to fostering a culture of ethics and continuous improvement. His leadership in driving organisational change has made him a valuable asset to the organisations he serves.

Rex is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA. He is also a certified auditor for ISO standards including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 14064-1:2018 and ISO 14064-2:2019.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Sunderland, UK, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Benin.

Rex currently serves as Head, Internal Audit at Starzs Investment Company Limited, where he presides over risk management and audit assurance functions for the board audit committee.

Engr. Emmanuel Osemeikhian Oboh is a detail-oriented and pragmatic professional with a strong focus on structured problem-solving and practical implementation. He is skilled at breaking down complex technical processes into clear, actionable steps, with an eye for precision and efficiency, and is driven by a commitment to clarity, accuracy, and results.

He graduated from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi with a degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering in June 1999 and proceeded to the University of Benin where he obtained a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering in September 2006. He is also an alumnus of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT).

Engr. Oboh is an accomplished Project Manager with a strong background in systems optimization. His experience spans construction, facility management and the automobile industry where he has built a niche in maintenance and repair services. He is a recognised Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) specialist.

He joined Diverse Autocare Centre Limited in August 2021 as the Special Assistant to the Chairman. In that capacity he managed third-party contractors responsible for building and expansion construction projects as well as other infrastructural developments across the company.

When the Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) was first deployed to integrate workshop operations, Engr. Oboh piloted its implementation and subsequently delivered in-house training to all key personnel on their respective functions and roles.

Prior to his current role he served as Manager, Technical and Operations and Assistant General Manager. He currently holds the position of Deputy General Manager, focusing his experience and resources on driving system efficiency, customer satisfaction, business growth and profitability.

Engr. Oboh is a COREN-registered engineer and a registered member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON). He holds project management certifications and is an affiliate of the Arabian Info-Tech Training Institute, Dubai.

Engr. Babatope Omogbayi is a COREN-registered engineer, a certified member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON), and a seasoned management professional with project management certifications. He is also affiliated with the Arabian Info-Tech Training Institute, Dubai. With over eighteen years of progressive experience in Nigeria’s automotive industry, Babatope has built a distinguished career spanning automotive engineering, quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE), and fleet maintenance management.

His professional journey began as a Technician Trainee at Elizade Nigeria Limited under the technical training framework of Toyota Nigeria Limited. From this foundation, he steadily advanced through critical technical and supervisory roles, including Automobile Technician, HSE Officer, Assistant Job Controller, and Service Advisor at CFAO-CICA, gaining comprehensive exposure to dealership operations, safety systems, and customer service excellence.

Babatope later served as National Fleet and Workshop Manager at ICMS, where he was responsible for overseeing armored vehicle production and workshop operations. His leadership trajectory continued with strategic roles such as Head of Maintenance at Chisco Transport, Assembly Plant and Workshop Manager at JET Systems, and QA and Compliance Manager at Sterlingrestoralz Limited. Mr. Abejoye Adebayo, brings over 25 years of expertise in motor vehicle technology. He has held key roles at prominent Nigerian automobile companies, including Mandilas Nigeria Enterprises Limited (Motors Division), Fabrank Nigeria Limited, and AutoNation Nigeria Limited, where he excelled as a Workshop Operations Supervisor, Workshop Controller, and Engineer.

Mr. Abejoye has further honed his skills through specialized training programs with industry leaders such as Peugeot Automobile Nigeria Limited (PAN) in Kaduna, Toyota Nigeria Limited (TNL) in Lagos, and Honda Manufacturing Nigeria Limited in Otta, Ogun State. Currently, Mr. Abejoye serves as the Assistant Workshop Manager at Diverse AutoCare Center Limited, where his leadership and technical acumen are integral to optimizing workshop operations and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Franklin Uzoma Ehichanya is a highly accomplished Human Resources and Administration specialist, author, and leadership consultant with over eighteen years of senior managerial experience spanning technology, oil and gas (CypherCrescent Limited), FMCG (Unilever, Valleumbra Flour Mills), consulting, education, and agribusiness. He is widely respected for his rare blend of strategic foresight and operational excellence, consistently driving cost reduction, loss minimization, improved profitability, and enhanced organizational performance through optimized people and administrative systems.

Since joining Diverse, Frank demonstrated immediate impact by reorganizing the Human Resources unit within four months, implementing robust structures and systems that significantly improved staff engagement and productivity. His contributions also include conducting a company-wide skills analysis to accurately project future manpower requirements, optimizing administrative processes using lean management principles, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration that led to the successful adoption of the internally developed Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
